Refund and Exchange Policy — Folle

We want you to love your Folle fragrances! Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work:

1. Unopened, Unused Perfumes

Return within 3 days of purchase.

Must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase required.

Full refund (excluding shipping).

 

2. Opened Perfumes

Exchange allowed within 15 days, if less than 3ml used.

Must be in original packaging.

No refunds unless damaged.


3. Testers/Samples/Small Sized Bottles.

Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes used beyond 5ml.

Items not in original condition.

Sale or promotional items.


5. Damaged/Defective Products

Report within 3 days with photos.

Full refund or replacement.

We cover return shipping.

 

6. Refund Process

Refund to original payment method within 2-3 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error).


7. Exchange Process

Exchange processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

If out of stock, store credit will be provided.
