Shipping and Exchange Policy

Shipment

Once you place an order on our website, our team takes 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order. You will receive an order confirmation call from our headquarters.

The average delivery time within the city is 3-4 business days, while in other regions in Pakistan is 5-6 business days. The time depends on the geographical location and accessibility of the courier service, as well as the weather conditions.

For your shipment address, we request you add a location where you will surely be able to receive your package with ease. If the address is faulty, your shipment may be delayed.

Exchange

Exchange of goods is only valid when the product you receive is either damaged or faulty. To process the exchange, you must send in your order number, the receipt of the order, clear images of the product you ordered and the faulty/damaged product you received. The faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us with the original packaging and the receipt, in order for us to process your exchange order. The delivery charges for the return will be paid by you and adjusted in your next order through a discount coupon.
